This is a set of four 8×10 prints featuring her original, and colorful, Polaroid illustration. This set comes with aqua, orange, neon pink, and neon green. I love the bright colors and the Polaroid artwork is just clean and modern. Great for a home office!

Those from Metro Detroit will understand why this is a personal favorite print. As the artist says, “The word “Detroit” means many things to different people, but we can agree that its definition stretches beyond the borders of the city proper.” This map shows all of “Detroit” and does so in such an artistic way.

The detail and uniqueness of this peice is great. My personal favorite part is that Pleasant Ridge is so small, that only “PR” could fit in its borders. This piece is hand-printed on paper cut to 16″ x 20″ from French Paper from Niles, Michigan.

In fact, I love this piece so much, it is displayed above my desk. I have also gifted this item to others who were from the Detroit area but have since moved away. It’s always a hit and a great reminder of where you came from.

For our holiday card this year, I even took that one step further and gave my printer an address list to print out the address on the postcards. It may have not been very personal, but I saw a deep decline in holiday cards this year. A lot of people find they just don’t have the time any more. If doing it this way saves me time and still allows me to send something to my family and friends during the holidays, then I think that’s great.

2011 was a big year for us: the year we got married! We obviously wanted to showcase this event and share it with those loved ones who may have not be able to make it to the wedding. I used our beautiful photos from Kellie Saunders Photography to put this design together.

I used one more photo on the back of the postcard (yes, we had fireworks!). I also wanted to credit my photography and printer on the cards since they helped make our year fabulous!

We really liked how our holiday card turned out, and got a lot of compliments from friends and family. Success!
